The hotel had modern and spacious family rooms with a huge bath. The hotel offered a £10 discount for parking overnight in the Omni Centre, very useful. The location was great, within easy walking distance of everything in the city. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough to help.

Good hot drink options including drinking chocolate with replenished milk in the fridge. Comfy bed. High standard furnishing and attractive decor. Great location for tourists. Parking discount at nearby car park. Nice view from top floor. Well-equipped room with mini bar snacks and tea/coffee facilities. Quality Scottish toiletries. Prompt and pleasant staff. Good value for money.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the bus station on Princes Street and within walking distance to most sites in the city center. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are stylish with nice decor. The breakfast is delicious and the service is excellent. the hotel offers tram stops and bus links right outside, making it convenient for exploring the city.
There were some minor gripes about the noise if staying in a basement room, as it is directly below the reception.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and it was great! The location was perfect, close to everything. It was easy to walk to all the attractions from here and there was even a tram stop right outside. The service was excellent, from the bell staff to the housekeeping. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including a mini-bar and ironing facilities. The staff really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provided exceptional customer service.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends, with no hesitation!

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Indigo. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities in the room were a nice touch. The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Waverley Station and close to the Playhouse. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite a few minor inconveniences like a broken TV and bathroom sink plug, I would still recommend this hotel for its great location and overall positive experience.
